FUNCTION ROOM & GROUND HIRE

In 2014 the club underwent a brand new revamped Pavilion project, creating the extra space required for the club in order to grow.  As part of this, the club can offer both our pavilion and ground out to hire for a wide range of events.  We have the facilities to host charity fund raising events, quiz nights, presentation evenings, christenings, birthdays, meetings, cricket matches plus many more events.

Please note that the below costs include representatives from Avoncroft Cricket Club conducting both pre and post event cleans. All we ask of you is that you dispose of your rubbish on leaving our ground and leaving our facilities as they were upon your arrival.

*Please note as we are a Cricket Club, availability to hire our facilities during daytime hours within the Cricket Season (Mid April through to Mid September) can be limited.

What we provide:

  • Accommodation for approximately 100 plus guests (combined use of Indoor and Outdoor space)
  • Outdoor space can accommodate Marquee, Gazebo, tables, seated areas, BBQ etc.
  • A fully licensed bar
  • Kitchen facilities
  • Excellent car parking on offer, at no extra cost
  • Our facilities can be opened to suit our individual customer’s requirements.
